Our dynamic, freely accessible college website serves as the primary gateway for prospective and current students to explore campus life, online applications, and the latest events. At the heart of our daily academic operations is our robust Learning Management Software (LMS).
Hosted securely on the Amazon Cloud (backed by internal file servers), the LMS integrates all major campus activities through the following modules:

We are committed to providing a digitally empowered learning environment from day one.
Admissions Integration: All admissions processed through the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) are seamlessly integrated into our LMS.
E-Learning Initiatives: Upon joining, every student is provided with an iPad to support their digital learning journey. All study materials are accessible via the LMS Student & Parent Login portals.
Smart Classrooms: All classrooms are ICT-enabled, featuring LCD projectors, Wi-Fi, audio systems, and CCTV surveillance. The Main Lecture Hall is further equipped with an interactive Smart Board.
Digital Libraries & Research: Students and faculty have full access to DELNET and EBSCO host for extensive databases, e-books, and high-quality Dental Journals. (Our internal LIBMAS library software is currently being integrated directly into the LMS).
Financial Assistance: Students can easily apply for scholarships via the National Scholarship Portal and our own Institutional Financial Assistance program.
We maintain strict integrity and efficiency in all internal and university evaluations.
KUHS Integration: All University exams are registered and conducted through the Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS) web portal, with exam notifications, timetables, and results displayed online.
Internal Assessments: Internal exam results are published directly to the LMS and backed up on the Amazon Cloud.
Secure Exam Halls: All examination halls are monitored using HIKVISION CCTV software. Live streaming is monitored by KUHS, and recorded footage is submitted to the University.
Digital Evaluation: A dedicated Remote Digital Evaluation Center is utilized for both University and Internal exam grading.
Rank Publication: University rank holders are proudly displayed on both the KUHS and PMS College websites.
Our campus administration runs on secure, automated, and specialized software systems.
Security & IT: All office equipment runs on original Microsoft Licenses protected by updated Antivirus systems. Campus security is centrally monitored using IVMS software for all CCTV cameras.
Attendance Tracking: Daily attendance for all teaching staff, non-teaching staff, postgraduates, and interns is strictly monitored using Biometric devices linked to ESSL software.
Inventory & Pharmacy: The Store and Pharmacy departments are managed using Infotrade Store Management Software, which students can also interact with via the LMS.
We ensure secure and transparent financial transactions for all stakeholders.
Online Fee Payments: All fee-related activities are fully automated and processed online via the LMS.
Secure Payment Gateways: Online payments (NEFT, RTGS, etc.) are routed safely through the Dhanlaxmi Bank payment gateway, automatically syncing with student LMS profiles.
Accounting Standard: All institutional accounts and finances are managed using the latest version of Tally.
