Dental Graduate Attributes

The institution provides all opportunities to the junior residents for holistic development into ideal dental graduates. They are assessed for the attainment of certain dental graduate attributes based on their performance throughout their residency. The Faculty in Charge of their respective comprehensive clinic where they are posted will evaluate each candidate on Basic Subject Knowledge, Clinical Dexterity, Emergency Management, Communication skills, Clinical and team skills, Interest in Self Improvement, Repsecting patient confidentiality and commitment to lifelong learning. The Junior Residents are scored on a range of 1 to 10 and those candidates who fall short of average are encouraged to attend extended postings after the stipulated residency period to make up for any deficiencies. The goal is to create dental graduates with the skill, knowledge and confidence to become the Global Dentists of tomorrow.
